NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR RESUME ON SERVICE

NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR RESUME ON SERVICE
NEAR TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR RESUME ON SERVICE

As per the current action plan of Cruise Ships Company, it’s look line near to impossible for resume on service in 2020. All the Cruise companies are struggling to repatriate their crew members back home due to the restriction of air fly. Because of air restriction most of the Cruise ship companies are using their own ships to repatriate their crew members. And it seems like near to impossible for resume on service soon.

Most of the Cruise companies are expecting to resume on service on July 1, 2020 Like Norwegian Cruise Line.

Carnival cancels all North America sailing until June 26, 2020, and expected to resume on service on June 27, 2020.

The CDC working for the health and safety of guests and crew members, They also concern about the health and safety surrounding the United States people.

Center for Disease Control and Prevention already announced for No Sail Order for All Cruise Ships until further notice.

When Cruise Company will resume on Service?

As we all know we are facing a global crisis of corona-virus and all the industries are shut down and it’s seems like near to impossible to resume on service again.

All the Cruise Company are expecting to resume on service but no one is 100% sure they will resume on service or not.

Some of the countries strictly refused to dock the ships on port and not even allowed to enter the country Like Australia, Canada, and New England.

It’s very hard for the Cruise ship company to promise their guest as well as crew when they will resume on service.

I personally think we all need to wait until the solution of the virus to confirm any expected date of service.

Note: Why all the cruise company are repatriating their 90% crew members back home?

Because the cruise company is also not sure that when they will resume on service, They are just expecting to resume on service for 2 months.

And keeping crew members on board is really very expensive for a long time so the cruise company decided to keep only 10% crew onboard who recently join the ship rest all will go home.

Cruise company informed their crew members” Since we do not know when the ships are going to be put back in service, we can not provide you with a good estimate on when you are going to be called back for service”.

Conclusion: The cruise company are very much sure about their future plan and expectation. And we all are aware of the global pandemic so it’s very hard for them to resume on service in 2020.

I believe if everything will be normal and we do not have any vaccine of the virus then ships will not resume for service. Because this industry carries millions of people from one place to another place in a month and if there is a single positive case found onboard then it will be worst for everyone.

So we need to cross the finger and pray to god please find some solution for us and bless us like previous.
